1. Board of Directors of the Company has allotted the shares upon conversion of fully convertible Debenture's (FCD's) at price Rs. 272/- per share (Face Value Rs. 10/- + Premium Rs. 262/-) to the following parties:
i. Name: M/s. Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank A.G.
- No. of Shares: 1,048,417
ii. Name: M/s. Oman Commercial Services LLC.
- No. of Shares: 53,810
2. Board has reconstituted the Audit Committee, Mr. Talha Sareshwala has been appointed as a Member of Audit Committee Meeting. |
